Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 1, 2026
WalisTV respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be processed when you use our website and application.
Information We Process
- Device information: Device ID, registration status, pairing information, and device activity.
- Playlist information: Playlist names and URLs that users choose to add and manage.
- Playback analytics: Channel names or identifiers, playback events, viewing duration, timestamps, and associated device ID.
- Approximate location: Where IP-based geolocation is enabled, country information may be estimated during device registration.
How We Use Information
Information may be used to register and authenticate devices, connect devices to the WalisTV Dashboard, manage playlists, provide playback features, understand service usage, troubleshoot problems, and protect our services.
Playlist Information
Playlist URLs are supplied by users and may contain access credentials. Keep them private and do not share them publicly. Playback analytics are designed to record channel identifiers and playback events rather than the actual streaming URL.
Third-Party Services
Our hosting and technical service providers may process information needed to operate WalisTV. Where IP-based geolocation is enabled, an external geolocation provider may process an IP address to estimate a device’s country.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers when necessary to operate and maintain the service, or where required by law.
Data Security and Retention
We use reasonable measures to protect information. Information is retained as necessary to operate, secure, and maintain our services and to meet applicable legal requirements.
Your Privacy Requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by contacting us.
Children’s Privacy
WalisTV is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate authorization.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page.
